Update 0.6.25 of the HD Satelit image

Version 0.6.25 comes from the menu, under Software update, on the same receivers as 0.6.24.
On the Octagon SF8008 with the 2024 board, since 0.6.20, the receiver could restart by itself a minute after start-up, again and again. The cause: when the HDMI-CEC link to the TV hangs, the image's watchdog took the waiting CEC thread for a frozen interface and restarted the receiver. Now the CEC thread is left aside: only the CEC commands stop and everything else keeps working. The new watchdog takes over during the update, without restarting the receiver.
For beta testers: interface crashes and freezes reach the team ahead of ordinary logs, with their stack traces (up to six a day), together with the receiver's board version.
An SF8008 that keeps restarting has no time to update from the menu. For it there is the full 0.6.25 image on the receiver page, written from a USB stick.
