Update 0.6.24 of the HD Satelit image

Version 0.6.24 comes from the menu, under Software update, on the same receivers as 0.6.23. It brings the new list of trusted authorities for secure (HTTPS) connections, the Mozilla version of August 2026; the previous one was from April 2025.
Four new roots are added (SECOM TLS ECC and RSA Root CA 2024, Telia EC and RSA TLS Root CA v3), and the ones Mozilla withdrew are removed, among them Entrust Root Certification Authority and DigiCert Global Root CA. The list now has 120 certificates, down from 150.
Before publishing we tried the new list against all 67 HTTPS servers the image uses: updates, the website, subtitles, translations. They all work.
From now on, every update build stops if the certificates fall behind those in Debian and openembedded-core, so the list no longer goes stale.
