Update 0.6.9 of the HD Satelit image

Receivers with HD Satelit image 0.6.0 or a later update get version 0.6.9 from the menu, under Software update, without a USB stick.
New, in Settings > Beta tester: the beta tester programme. You choose what you send us (crash and error logs, scanned channels, memory, processor and temperature, the screens you use, the receiver data), read the Privacy notice and give your consent; without the notice tick nothing is sent. The data is anonymous: the receiver gets a random identifier, without the IP address, without passwords and without your channel lists.
With your consent, the receiver sends us its logs on its own after the user interface stops or a screen crashes, and once a day what has changed; “Send now” sends them right away. From the tester menu you can write us a message, see what you sent and the replies from the team, and “Leave the programme and delete the data” deletes everything the receiver sent, from the server and from the receiver.
Also new: remote assistance, off by default. You turn it on in Settings > Network & Internet > Remote assistance or from the tester menu, for 30 minutes up to 4 hours. While it is on you see a code and a sign on screen; the HD Satelit team can only run reads from a fixed list (the receiver status and its logs), cannot change settings or files and cannot reach other devices in your home. You can turn it off at any time. The source code of version 0.6.9 is public.
