HD Satelit image 0.6.7 alpha, for testers only, on the Octagon SF8008 MINI 4K

Update, 27 October: the image for this receiver is temporarily withdrawn: on the Octagon SF8008 Supreme the start still stops. We are working with a tester and it comes back when it starts. If you have installed it and it stops at start-up, write to us on the forum or at [email protected].
The HD Satelit image can now also be downloaded for the Octagon SF8008 MINI 4K, as an alpha, for testers only. Alpha means the image is made for this receiver, but it has not been tried on the receiver itself yet: it may not start.
The Mini has an image of its own, other than the one for the SF8008 4K UHD: the same processor, the same partitions in the internal memory, but another driver package from the manufacturer, another tuner and 4 GB of internal memory instead of 8 GB. We compared the Mini drivers with those for the SF8008 4K UHD and the V20, command by command, and the public images for the Mini with those for the SF8008 4K UHD; what was different is fixed in the image or is in the list of tests. The most important tests on the Mini: the tuner, picture and sound over HDMI, films and streams, the display and the memory.
We already know that some keys of the remote from the box do not do the right thing yet (REC, PLAY/PAUSE, rewind and fast forward, STOP, YELLOW for the audio, CH+ and CH-, TV/Radio); we fix them in the next version.
The image for the Mini is version 0.6.7, the same as on updated V20 receivers and on the SF8008 4K UHD. It is written from a USB stick, from the image running on the receiver now or from the start-up menu of the receiver; only the kernel and the system are written, the receiver's start-up stays untouched. First make a copy of your settings and channel list and keep an image for the Mini you can go back to. Do not put the SF8008 4K UHD image on the Mini, nor the other way round.
Package updates for the Mini come later; until then, Software update says there are no updates.
