Update 0.6.6 of the HD Satelit image

Receivers with HD Satelit image 0.6.0 or a later update get version 0.6.6 from the menu, under Software update, without a USB stick. It also includes the changes from 0.6.5.
Channel logos (picons) now show on the first and second info bar, in the channel list and in the guide, in both themes. The channel name moves to the right only when the channel has a logo. The new row Channel logos (picons) in General settings turns them all off, on the TV and in the web interface.
The external plugins feed from Monea Software now comes with the image. In Extensions, under Sources, you see two feeds: HD Satelit and Monea Software (external plugins), plus the sources you added; the receiver picks what suits it on its own. Each package shows where it comes from under its name, and plugins with their open source next to them can save it to the stick with the blue key.
In Extensions, the MENU key updates all plugins at once, and at the end of each installation and list download you see exactly what was done and in which version. On the Amiko Viper 4K V30 the note for testers no longer shows at startup. The source code of version 0.6.6 is public.
