Update 0.6.3 of the HD Satelit image

Receivers with HD Satelit image 0.6.0 or a later update get version 0.6.3 from the menu, under Software update, without a USB stick.
The subtitle you chose on a channel, for example teletext page 777 on ZDF HD, now comes back by itself after you switch channels and after the receiver wakes from standby, not only after a restart.
This version also prepares the image for one more receiver model, for testers for now; on your receiver everything works as before.
