The online help: the first chapters are written

The online help has 13 chapters and 183 pages, one for each screen of the receiver. Five chapters are fully written: Getting started and first impressions; Live TV and the information bars; The channel list, search and the programme guide; Teletext and subtitles; TV in the browser.
Each page says what the screen is for, how to get to it, what you see on it, what every row and every key does, then the steps and the common problems, with their solutions.
The screenshots have numbered frames that show where each thing is on the screen. Every page will have at least five screenshots from the receiver and five from the web interface.
The same text will also be on the receiver, under the HELP key.
