The receiver does not start?

Leave the receiver on for 5 minutes with the network cable plugged in and write to us on the forum with the model. If it has a front display, also write the number shown on it.

If a QR code appears on the screen, scan it with your phone: the report reaches us by itself.

In the new versions of the image, when a start fails, the receiver sends by itself an anonymous technical report, without personal data, so we can find out why it does not start: the steps of the start and its logs, without passwords, keys, Wi-Fi networks, channel lists and full addresses. The report is kept for 30 days and the address of the receiver is not kept at all. If a USB stick is plugged in, the receiver also writes the report on it, in the hds-raport folder.
