Imaginea HD Satelit 0.6.25 pentru primul Amiko Viper 4K (V10): alfa (doar pentru testeri)
==============================================================================

Are același procesor ca Amiko Viper 4K V20,

- tunerele (câte și de ce fel), scanarea și semnalul;
- imaginea și sunetul pe HDMI, și după Repornește interfața; rezoluțiile, AC3/DTS;
- filmele de pe stick, fluxurile IPTV și poza posturilor de radio;
- telecomanda din cutie (V10 are altă telecomandă decât V20: unele taste pot să nu meargă);
- afișajul din față, oprirea completă și pornirea singură la ora unei înregistrări;

- dacă pornirea nu reușește: poza ecranului de diagnostic (sau a paginii de la adresa lui);
  citit, cu butonul Copiază tot; la Jurnalele sistemului și Jurnalele de cădere sunt jurnalele;
  copiază-le;

HD Satelit image 0.6.25 for the first Amiko Viper 4K (V10): Alpha (testers only)
================================================================================

ALPHA, TESTERS ONLY: the image has NOT been tested on any Amiko Viper 4K V10.
The V10 is the first Viper 4K (images call it viper4k). It has the same processor as the Amiko
Viper 4K V20, but another driver package from the manufacturer, another kernel and another
layout of the internal memory. The image is built from comparisons: the manufacturer's drivers
for the V10 against those for the V20, command by command, and the public images for the V10
against those for the V20. Whoever writes it to a V10 takes the role of a tester: there may be
problems we have not seen. No warranty (GPLv2). Only for the first Amiko Viper 4K (V10). Do not
write it to a V20, V30 or V40 (they have their own images) or to another receiver. Writing
replaces the current image, with its settings and channel list.

What could not be tested without a V10:
- the tuners (how many and of what kind), scanning and the signal;
- picture and sound over HDMI, also after Restart the interface; resolutions, AC3/DTS;
- films from a stick, IPTV streams and the picture of radio channels;
- the remote from the box (the V10 has another remote than the V20: some keys may not work);
- the front display, full power off and waking up on its own for a recording;
- the update from the menu from a stick, the VPN, Wi-Fi and the speed of the menus.
After a successful start nothing extra appears. If the start fails (software for another
receiver, drivers that do not load, an interface that crashes or does not appear), the receiver
shows a diagnostic screen with a code (for example E101) and what it read. If the interface
cannot start at all, the code and the receiver's address appear on the front display, and the
page http://receiver-address/ shows the same details. Take a photo of the screen or of the page
and send it to the forum where you found the software or to contact@hdsatelit.com. Then you can
restore the receiver as in Recovery, below.
Package updates for the V10 come later; until then the image says there are none.

Writing (from the image running on the V10 now):
1. In the image you have now, make a copy of the settings and channels on the stick.
2. On a USB stick with a single FAT32 partition (at least 1 GB free), unzip the archive straight
   into the root of the stick, not into a folder. The folders amiko/viper4k and e2/update
   appear, each with kernel.bin, rootfs.tar.bz2 and imageversion (amiko/viper4k is the folder
   of the V10 images).
3. Put the stick in the receiver. In the current image open its function for writing an image
   from a stick and choose the archive or the folder amiko/viper4k on the stick.
4. The receiver writes the kernel and the system for a few minutes and restarts on its own. Until
   then do not cut the power and do not remove the stick.
5. On the first start you choose the language and the resolution; then (if the channel copy is on
   the stick) the receiver asks whether to bring it in.
The archive writes only the kernel and the system (kernel.bin and rootfs.tar.bz2); the start-up of
the receiver (the loader, the partition table) is not touched.

Recovery (the image does not start or you want the previous image back):
A V10 is fully restored with a recovery archive made for it (usb_update.bin, with bootargs.bin,
fastboot.bin and apploader.bin), from the manufacturer's site or from another image for the V10.
Follow the steps that come with that archive (the files in the root of the stick, then starting
the receiver as they say). Recovery rewrites the whole internal memory, including the start-up of
the receiver. Never put on the stick a usb_update.bin made for another model: it can break the
receiver for good.

To help us (the logs):
- if the start fails: a photo of the diagnostic screen (or of the page at its address);
- in the receiver's web interface (its address in a browser), the page /paza-model shows all it
  read, with the Copy all button; System logs and Crash logs have the logs; copy them;
- write to contact@hdsatelit.com: the model (Amiko Viper 4K V10), what you tested, what did not
  work and the logs.

Checking the archive: the SHA-256 sum on the download page must match the sum of the archive.
Windows, in PowerShell: Get-FileHash .\hdsatelit-0.6.25-viper4k-20261102_mmc.zip -Algorithm SHA256
Linux or macOS: sha256sum hdsatelit-0.6.25-viper4k-20261102_mmc.zip
